Uttar Pradesh is home to the largest population of children in the country and accounts for the worst pupil-student ratio, learning levels and highest school dropout rates. With the dream of making quality education accessible to children, Milaan initiated Swarachna School to provide non-formal education to children in the Sitapur district of Uttar Pradesh, which has a 40% illiteracy rate and where 84% of the population falls below the poverty line.
We believe every child should have access to quality education. We empower young minds to discover their passions and realise their true potential in an ambitious and joyful environment.
