The Milaan AMPLIFY Gala is an annual evening of fashion, music, storytelling, and purpose — this year at the House of Blues in Chicago on October 3rd. Themed Rhythms. Role Models. Rising, it brings together a community of changemakers and leaders united around one belief: that every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive.

The evening celebrates the Girl Icon Program’s impact — child marriage down from 23% to 1%, school retention at 85%, and 100,000+ lives already transformed on the path to reaching 2 million girls by 2030. It also features the Women of Impact Circle: a curated group of Chicago women leaders walking the runway in House of Jaya designs as public ambassadors for girls’ rights — their stories celebrated alongside the girls their support makes possible.

A night that’s equal parts glamorous and meaningful. The evening includes live music at an iconic venue at the House of Blues, incredible food, powerful storytelling, and a runway walk featuring Chicago women executives and founders as public ambassadors for girls’ rights, dressed in exclusive House of Jaya designs. Expect to leave inspired, connected, and part of something larger than the room.

The Milaan Women of Impact Circle is a small, curated group of women leaders in Chicago who will walk the runway at the AMPLIFY Gala in House of Jaya couture as public ambassadors for girls’ rights to education, health, and safety. Each woman’s leadership journey will be celebrated publicly, woven alongside the stories of the girls her support makes possible.

Participants, or their organizations, are asked to commit to one of the Gala’s sponsorship levels. In return, Milaan will highlight your story across event collaterals, the website, and social media throughout the campaign, and you’re warmly welcomed to extend Gala invitations to your friends, family, and network.

If this feels like the right fit for you or someone you know, reach out to Kendra Nicolai at kendra@milaanfoundation.org.

Because this is where community, purpose, and celebration meet. The Gala is a chance to hear directly from the people closest to this work unfolding in India, witness the impact your support makes possible, and spend an evening with others who believe in the power of investing in girls’ leadership. It’s also, frankly, a wonderful night out.

Come dressed to impress! This is a night worth getting dressed up for, so think from Cocktail chic to Indian Fusion ethnic. The evening features a live runway showcase with Chicago women executives and founders walking in exclusive House of Jaya designs, so bring your best.

The House of Blues does not have dedicated parking, but several nearby garages are available, including Marina City Valet (300 N. State St.) and Greenway Garage (60 W. Kinzie St.). Pre-booking through SpotHero or ParkWhiz is recommended for the best rates.

We suggest arriving via the CTA — the venue is a short walk from the Clark/Lake and Grand stations — or by an Uber or rideshare drop-off.
