Maximize Your Impact with Double the Donation

Your Company Can Help Girls Across India — On the Clock

Many employers offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO) — paid time during work hours for employees to volunteer with nonprofits they care about. Some go even further, offering volunteer grants that turn your hours into direct funding for our programs.

Milaan Foundation welcomes corporate volunteers in a variety of ways, and Double the Donation makes it easy to find out what your employer offers and take the next step.

How It Works

Step 2: Sign up to volunteer with Milaan

Choose an opportunity that fits your skills, schedule, and location — in-person, virtual, or skills-based.

Step 3: Log your hours and submit

After volunteering, submit your hours through your employer's program. If your company offers volunteer grants, those funds come directly to Milaan Foundation.

Why Volunteer With Milaan?

When you volunteer with Milaan Foundation, you're not just showing up — you're helping shift the life trajectory of an adolescent girl in India. Our volunteers support everything from program delivery and community outreach to content creation, research, and fundraising.

Whether you have an afternoon or an ongoing skills-based commitment, there's a meaningful role for you.

Not sure if your company has a VTO or volunteer grant program? We're happy to help you find out. Reach out to us at give@milaanfoundation.org and we'll look into it together.
